Recent releases including “Aura”, “With You” and “Feel You” have marked a defining run of momentum for Pyrrhus across the electronic, melodic breaks and progressive space.

Released on Stripped Digital, “Aura” climbed to number 2 and reached number 8 in the Overall Beatport Electronica Chart, holding strong for six consecutive weeks. Built around emotive melodic detail, warm low-end movement and atmospheric depth, the track became an important moment in the growing Pyrrhus catalogue.

Pyrrhus — Feel You
Released on Move Music, “Feel You” went straight to number 1 in the Beatport Hype Electronica Chart and received continued radio support across Capital FM and Capital Chill FM over numerous weeks. With its emotive melodic direction, progressive energy and polished production, the track helped bring the Pyrrhus sound to a wider audience.
PYRRHUS HAD THIS TO SHARE
It’s a real pleasure to welcome a brilliant group of artists to the label, with forthcoming music confirmed from Robin Cooper, Latex Zebra & Mista Twist, Lost Astronaut, Vaim, Vela and Sam T Harper.
The artists already confirmed represent some of the most respected and forward-thinking names across the electronic, melodic breaks and progressive spectrum — producers whose music continues to push the sound forward with real depth, identity and emotion.
We’re incredibly proud to have each of you involved, and even more excited to share the music you have coming over the weeks and months ahead.
Behind the scenes, there are also further artists joining what is already becoming an expansive and highly talented roster of producers, each bringing their own distinct sound and creative vision to the label.
It feels like an important chapter for Somnia Records. A strong run of releases takes us into the business end of the year, with music spanning electronica, progressive, melodic breaks and beyond.
I’ll also be releasing a special EP later this year, including a selection of exclusive remixes from some incredibly talented producers within the electronic, progressive and breaks space.

PYRRHUS – GENESIS (2026)
Overall Album Write-Up
Genesis is Pyrrhus’ forthcoming debut album, written during a period of personal reflection and creative exploration. Each track is a moment of emotional therapy — a journey through hope, challenge, and discovery. The album blends melodic jazz elements, electronic textures, and soulful rhythms to create a soundscape that is both introspective and uplifting.
Pyrrhus approached this project intuitively, letting the music evolve naturally without concern for trends or expectations, focusing instead on what felt true to the heart and spirit. The result is an album that bridges emotion, rhythm, and melody — capturing moments of personal growth, joy, and contemplation.
Inspired by modern melodic electronic and cinematic textures, Genesis moves fluidly between introspection, playfulness, and forward motion — a narrative of transformation and creative rebirth.

A first glimpse into a new chapter.
Reflections captures an early studio moment, woven with field recordings from the space itself — bringing the room, the air, and the silence into the music.
|Pyrrhus|
“I wanted to create something close, honest, and quietly emotional — a piece that flows as one and holds the feeling of those moments. Every sound, image, and influence forms part of this next body of work. I can’t wait to share where it’s heading.”

“Find the artists who move you. Learn how they listen, how they build, how they feel.
Crossing between worlds is what continues to shape my path.
Every day remains a lesson.”
FROM THE STUDIO|
Shaped by a wide spectrum of sound and the quiet spaces in between, Pyrrhus enters a new chapter of creation — guided by curiosity, texture, and hands-on exploration. With the recent addition of the MPC to his studio, the process has become more tactile, instinctive, and rhythm-led.
Rooted in a lifelong connection to hip-hop and rap culture, this foundation now weaves gently into Pyrrhus’ melodic language, opening new pathways between groove, atmosphere, and emotion. It’s a meeting point of old influence and new intention — where writing becomes play, and experimentation becomes instinct.
Driven by visuals, feeling, silence, personal experience, and evolving musical cultures, Pyrrhus continues to search for new ways to translate emotion into sound — allowing each piece to unfold naturally, without boundaries.
A new album, Genesis, arrives in 2026.
But even now, something quietly new is already taking shape.
Watch this space.
“Bonobo has often described his music as evolving from a hip-hop and sampler-led approach — an MPC-style cut-and-paste process that gives his electronic compositions a natural sense of movement, texture and organic flow.”
FROM THE STUDIO
Behind the scenes with Pyrrhus in the studio working on an alternative mix of Bunce Road Blues — inspired by the raw, stripped-back energy and soul of J. Cole and The Alchemist.
This video captures moments from the creative process — sound design, arrangement, and experimentation — as the track evolves into its own atmospheric, downtempo-infused interpretation. Expect warm textures, dusty tones, and emotionally driven electronic elements blending hip-hop influence with cinematic mood.
